Frank M. Lynch is a partner at Keegan Werlin LLP. Mr. Lynch specializes in civil litigation. He has over twenty-five years experience representing clients in state and federal courts as well as before administrative bodies and arbitration panels. Mr. Lynch is National Coordinating Counsel to several companies in mass tort litigation. In addition to trials and hearings, he has represented parties to numerous reported decisions in the Massachusettes Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He currently serves as a Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and is a member of the Town of Scituate Board of Health. Mr. Lynch has been a guest lecturer for Northeastern University School of Law, the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Program and the Boston Bar Association.

Before joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Lynch was a partner at Lecomte, Emanuelson & Doyle. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, Mr. Lynch completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.

Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice before the bars of Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly selected Mr. Lynch as one of their Top Ten Lawyers in 1997. Mr. Lynch is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell
