Ms. Ralston’s representation of utilities includes advocacy on issues related to energy supply, system reliability, and renewable energy. She has rejoined the firm after spending two years as regulatory counsel for Pacific Power where she represented the company before the utility commissions in California, Oregon and Washington on matters related to resource planning and procurement. Prior to joining the Keegan Werlin in 2012, Ms. Ralston was a Hearing Officer at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities overseeing proceedings related to natural gas and renewable energy contracts. Previously, she was an associate at the Steinverzel & Levy Law Group P.C. in White Plains, New York where she practiced environmental law, construction law, and litigation.

Ms. Ralston received her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University with a Certificate in Environmental Law. While in law school, Ms. Ralston interned with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Prior to law school, Ms. Ralston received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Psychology from Wellesley College.

Ms. Ralston is a co-author of Municipalities and Natural Gas Extraction... What the Frack?, New York Law Journal (2012).
