Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tisler worked as a Staff Attorney at the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, advising on proceedings related to renewable energy, electric vehicles, energy affordability, reliability and resilience, grid modernization, rate adjustments, annual reconciliations, revenue requirements, company restructuring, and investigations. Ms. Tisler completed a Certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy from Yale University.  Ms. Tisler also has experience in civil litigation and court operations.

 

Ms. Tisler received her Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law with a Certificate in Environmental Law. While in law school, Ms. Tisler participated in Moot Court and was the Assistant Managing Editor of The University of Toledo Law Review.  Ms. Tisler authored and co-authored two environmental law articles published in The University of Toledo Law Review. Ms. Tisler received her Bachelor of Arts in political science, zoology, and environmental science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Tisler maintains an interest in international travel and experiences after living and working abroad for several years.
