Maura Greene is a Boston employment and litigation attorney. She handles wage and hour matters including claims for overtime and vacation pay, wrongful termination cases, sexual harassment and discrimination cases and business litigation. She provides counsel on hiring, terminations, layoffs, disability laws, leave of absence, employee performance and discipline, employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and classification of workers as independent contractors. She drafts employee handbooks and personnel polices, severance agreements and employment contracts. Ms. Greene practices before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
