Matthew P. Zayotti is a partner in the Litigation Department at Keegan Werlin LLP, specializing in the areas of business, commercial and general civil litigation. Mr. Zayotti represents both plaintiffs and defendants in connection with a wide variety of matters before state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, arbitration panels and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
In 2007, Mr. Zayotti was nominated by his peers and selected by the publishers of Boston Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine as a “Super Lawyers Rising Star,” a distinction given to only the top 2.5% of up-and-coming attorneys in Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Zayotti was an associate at Mahoney, Hawkes & Goldings, LLP. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Rollins College in 1991.
Mr. Zayotti is admitted to practice before the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
