Lynch is a partner in Keegan Werlin LLP’s Litigation Department where she concentrates on large-scale commercial and financial litigation on behalf of banks, brokerage firms, software development companies, utility and energy companies, public authorities, governmental agencies, hospitals, international corporations, closely held corporations and individuals. She handles disputes in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate governance, business torts, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practice, environmental enforcement, healthcare, trade secrets, patent infringement, copyright law, insurance defense and products liability. In addition, she has advised and represented publicly traded companies and closely held corporations in the areas of regulatory compliance, media relations and business hygiene.

Ms. Lynch has extensive experience at the trial and appellate levels, having been involved in a number of jury trials and appeals in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has also successfully represented clients in numerous arbitration and mediation hearings involving high stakes litigation across a broad range of practice areas and industries. In 2011, Ms. Lynch obtained and confirmed an arbitration award in excess of thirty million dollars on behalf of a renowned Boston-area charity. She has also obtained judgments in federal and state courts on behalf of multi-national pharmaceutical and technology companies, manufacturers and retailers. After successfully obtaining a judgment on behalf of one of the world’s largest talent agencies in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2010, Ms. Lynch successfully appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit to secure the judgment.

Ms. Lynch is also the founder of the Private Clients Department, where she provides strategic legal counsel to business owners, healthcare providers, entrepreneurs, professional athletes and executive management. She counsels clients on contract matters, including contract interpretation and negotiation, business hygiene and opportunity, strategic planning, compliance issues and media relations. She also serves as a dispute strategist and crisis management advisor, planning and implementing multi-pronged approaches to conflict resolutions. Ms. Lynch has also served as outside general counsel to closely held corporations and limited partnerships.

Ms. Lynch is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New York and Maine. She has appeared in litigation proceedings in other regions of the United States.

Ms. Lynch has been recognized as a Massachusetts Rising Star from 2009-2014. From 2012 through 2014, she has been recognized by Super Lawyers as one of the top women attorneys in Massachusetts.
