Erika Hafner is a partner at Keegan Werlin LLP. Ms. Hafner concentrates in the areas of energy regulation, enviornmental and administrative law. She has represented energy and utility clients before the Department of Public Utilities in cases involving service territory disputes, franchise rights, rate issues, energy efficiency programs, zoning exemptions and other regulatory matters. Ms. Hafner's practice before the Energy Facilities Siting Board has included an array of different energy facilities, including natural gas generating facilities, peaking units, renewable energy projects, natural gas pipelines, electric transmission lines, substations and ancillary equipment. She has also represented the region's first large-scale, off-shore wind power project in obtaining its state and local permits.

Before joining the firm in 2001, Ms. Hafner worked at the Massachusets Office of Dispute Resolution and interned at the Government Bureau in the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where she was a member of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review, Ms. Hafner completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College.

Ms. Hafner is admitted to practice before the bars of Massachusetts, the United States District Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations.
