Annette Tran is an associate at Keegan Werlin LLP, specializing in energy, regulatory, public utility, and environmental law. Prior to joining Keegan Werlin, Ms. Tran was a law clerk at the Department of Public Utilities and the Department of Telecommunications and Cable.  She was also an attorney-advisor at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) where she practiced administrative, labor and employment law. 

Ms. Tran received her juris doctor from Syracuse University College of Law.  At Syracuse, Ms. Tran served as the Executive Editor of the Syracuse University Law Review and as Executive Director for the Moot Court Honor Society.  Ms. Tran earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Comparative Economics and Politics, and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholar.

Ms. Tran is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
