These attorneys, either working alone or in concert with a client’s other consultants, facilitate the preparation of applications, presentations at public hearings, opinion letters and legal memoranda, and frequently appear as a client’s spokesperson at Board of Appeal, Planning Board, Board of Health and Conservation Commission hearings.
