DIRECTIONS TO 265 Franklin Street & Parking Garage

Due to continuing construction on the surface roads associated with the Central Artery/Big Dig Project, these directions are subject to minor changes on a periodic basis after exiting Route 93.

From points North:

Take either: (1) Route 93 South, or (2) Route 1 South and cross over the Tobin Bridge to Route 93 South. Once you go over the Zakim/Bunker Hill Bridge, you will enter a tunnel. Take Exit 24A. Exit 24A is on the right, about ¼ mile after you enter the tunnel. Stay to the right side of the exit ramp until Exit 24A joins the JFK Surface Road at the traffic lights. Proceed left (through the lights) onto the Surface road, keeping Boston Harbor and the Marriott-Long Wharf Hotel to your left. Continue past Milk Street and India Street to Broad Street, on your right. Turn onto Broad Street and then take the 1^st left, which is Franklin Street. The main entrance is at the corner of Oliver and Franklin Street, which is two blocks ahead on your left. Parking is available in the 265 Franklin Street garage located off Batterymarch Street, which is the first left after entering Franklin Street. Look for the (P) symbol on the right.

From points South:

Take Route 93 North to “Exit 23: Government Center.” As you exit the ramp move to the left lane, bear left, then go straight through the lights. Pass in front of the Bostonian Hotel. Go straight for ¼ mile. At the 2nd set of lights, the road ends: take a left onto Congress Street. Stay in the left lane. At the third set of lights, take a left onto Milk Street. Go two blocks on Milk Street and take a right onto Batterymarch Street. The main entrance is at the corner of Oliver and Franklin – turn right and it’s one block up on the left. To park in the building, cross over Franklin Street and look for the (P) symbol on the right for the entrance to the parking garage.

From Logan Airport:

Follow the Airport exit signs for “Boston/Williams Tunnel/Mass Pike” and “Rt. 90/93.” Stay to the left and take the Ted Williams Tunnel towards Boston and Route 90. After 1¼ miles, take “Exit 25/24: South Boston.” Exits 24 and 25 are on the same exit ramp. Stay to the left side of the exit ramp and take “Exit 24: Route 93 North.” After ½ mile, Exit 24 joins Rt. 93 North. Stay to the right and take “Exit 23: Government Center.” As you exit the ramp move to the left lane, bear left, then go straight through the lights. Pass in front of the Bostonian Hotel. Go straight for ¼ mile. At the 2nd set of lights, the road ends: take a left onto Congress Street. Stay in the left lane. At the third set of lights, take a left onto Milk Street. From the Mass Pike:

Go to the end of the Mass Pike (Route 90). Follow the signs for “Exit 24B: Route 93 North.” Proceed 1 mile and take “Exit 23: Government Center.” As you exit the ramp move to the left lane, bear left, then go straight through the lights. Pass in front of the Bostonian Hotel. Go straight for ¼ mile. At the 2nd set of lights, the road ends: take a left onto Congress Street. Stay in the left lane. At the third set of lights, take a left onto Milk Street. Go two blocks on Milk Street and take a right onto Batterymarch Street. The main entrance is at the corner of Oliver and Franklin – turn right and it’s one block up on the left. To park in the building, cross over Franklin Street and look for the (P) symbol on the right for the entrance to the parking garage.

By MBTA (Subway)

Red Line:

From South Station (exit via the main entrance and cross Atlantic Avenue to Federal Street) proceed two blocks and take a right onto Franklin Street. Continue on Franklin Street for 3 blocks. 265 Franklin is on the corner of Franklin and Oliver.

Red Line:

From Park Street Station, proceed one block down Winter Street toward Downtown Crossing. In front of Downtown Crossing make a left onto Washington Street. Just past Filene’s, turn right onto Franklin Street and follow to 265. 265 Franklin is on the corner of Franklin and Oliver.

Green Line:

From Government Center Station, go left onto Court Street which turns into State Street at the Congress Street intersection. Make a right at Congress Street and proceed 3-4 blocks to Franklin Street. Turn left at Franklin St. 265 Franklin is located on the corner of Franklin and Oliver

Orange/Blue Line:

From State Street Station, take a right on Congress Street and proceed three to four blocks to Franklin Street. 265 Franklin is located on the corner of Franklin and Oliver.
